The previous root README was the Unicorn Skills Claude template — it
shipped with the bootstrap and never got rewritten for the actual
product. New README covers: one-liner, workspace layout, stack table,
quick-start with demo credentials, key product mechanics, repo
conventions, build/ship commands, and a doc index pointing to
project/STATE.md + the PRD/WBS.
